Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Custom or personalized products (e.g., special sizes, colors, or designs) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pluviart.com

Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or incorrect items, Pluviart will cover the return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or wrong items.

Please contact us before sending any item back to arrange an exchange.
